The Role
Drive Strategic Financial Excellence at world renowned Business School
London Business School are looking for a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner to join us on a permanent basis.
You will provide full finance business partner services to our Degree Education sector, leading the coordination of all financial aspects of long-term planning, budgets, and forecasts. You will be a key member of the FP&A leadership team, supporting senior managers and stakeholders with insightful financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Our Finance team plays a pivotal role in achieving the School's strategy by providing comprehensive financial services, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, transaction processing, corporate governance, and procurement support. We ensure efficient management and reporting across all areas of the School.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis for Degree Education.
- Provide day-to-day financial support to the management team.
- Deliver relevant financial information for strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain models for strategic planning at Senior Management Team level.
- Manage a small team and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CGMA, ACA) with experience in complex organisations.
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in business partner services and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead projects effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of business education and specialist areas.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
