The Role

London Business School are delighted to be hiring for an experience and technical-minded Product Owner, CRM to join Technology on a permanent basis.

This role is a strategic leader responsible for driving customer experience, revenue growth, and organisational alignment through the CRM platform. Leading the product development and strategic scaling of the system's capabilities, translating organisational ambition into measurable customer and business outcomes including improved lead conversion, customer retention, and customer lifetime value.

The CRM platform is a secure and robust environment, offering comprehensive functionalities across various departments. The Product Owner will oversee its evolution, identifying impactful use cases, leading implementation, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's priorities and ethical guidelines. 

The ideal start date for this position is September/October 2025.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation and external partners, the role bridges product management, technology deliver, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor platform performance, adoption, and feedback to inform continuous improvement, ensuring the CRM evolves in response to organisational needs, customer expectations, and market opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM enhancements and automation, balancing speed, quality, and scalability to maximise impact.
  • Engage with teams across sales, marketing, customer service, advancement, operations and Technology to surface needs, align priorities, and identify opportunities where CRM can create measurable value.
  • Embed governance, compliance and ethical considerations at the heart of CRM product development, ensuring all solutions align with the School's policies, values and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into deliverable CRM solutions and fostering shared understanding across functions.

Who we are looking for

  • CRM Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, optimisation and integration.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), working within cross-functional teams to deliver iterative improvements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Competence in working with data analytics and reporting tools to drive insights, track outcomes, conversions and to inform strategic decisions.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of technical aspects related to CRM systems, including integration capabilities, APIs, and data management principles. 
  • Product Management: Proven experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, prioritising features, leading the product lifecycle, and delivering business value through technology solutions.

All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus at least 2 days per week, also subject to project meetings and workshops. 

We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
